2019-20 Homeroom Pottery: one-of-a-kind Art work

Good old fashioned Silent Auction for a holy night and Christmas Season with one-of-a-kind pottery produced by the students from the LSA homerooms of 2020. The auction will take place Sunday, December 12th after the last Mass at St. John's. Parents and grandparents can come to the school lobby after Masses this weekend and next, (Saturday and Sunday) to see the pieces in the display case in the lobby. (Auction items are on display currently) Silent auction bid sheets will be put out to start the bidding Thursday, December 9th at 6:00pm, (one hour before the 7:00pm Show in the Gym).

The PTO LOTTERY CALENDARS are back. You should have also received an informational manila envelope with your family's calendars to sell today in the back pack.

Richie's Wish Angel Tree. Our Angel Tree supporting the Richie's Wish Foundation and orphan children new to the adoption system in Berks county agencies has about half of the ornaments taken and the unwrapped gifts are rolling in. Let your child know if you want a tag and they can take one any day we are in school or you can pick up a few over the weekend if you are in for a practice or to see which student pottery item you must try to win. Last day to donate items is Tuesday, December 7th.
This last Monday, some students, boy scouts, and their parents came to LSA Cafeteria to assemble over 20 bicycles for the Richie's Wish Foundation. We had fun and helped a good cause grow stronger. Nice job volunteers! Let's keep the Christmas Spirit and message to Let Jesus Into Our Hearts this Christmas Season going in big and small ways!

FACTS Family Portal Login Instructions: The Family Portal for FACTS Management is finally up and running. Parents can use the instructions provided in the emailed PDF to log on and create their account.
This is the portal that allows parents to see grades, homework, etc. in the new FACTS Mgt. Student Information System. (Same company but slightly different system from the Tuition and Scholarship side.) Follow these steps to get access to your child's student information. 1. Open the PDF 2. Follow the instructions utilizing the link and La Salle Academy district code, (which is: LS-PA), contained in the letter. 3. When prompted to input the same email address you already use for communications, announcements, emergencies, etc. The system will find your account based on that email. 4. A separate but identical account can be created for both mom and dad, one for each primary email on file. If you run into any difficulty setting up your account, please contact the school at 610-777-7392. |
