Attendance

Parents/guardians may use the form below to report a student absence, late arrival, or early dismissal. Attendance changes may also be reported by calling 610-777-7392 or emailing Mrs. Terifay- terifay@lsabear.com.

Absences
All absences must be reported to the school office before 9:00 AM on the day of the absence. When reporting an absence, please include the reason and any relevant details. If a student is absent for three or more consecutive school days due to illness, a doctor's note is required before returning to school.

Late Arrivals
If your child will arrive after the 8:00 AM bell, please use the form below to let us know, including the reason for the late arrival (such as an appointment, transportation issue, or other circumstance).

Upon arrival, a parent/guardian must accompany the student into the school and sign them in.

Early Dismissals
The form may also be used to notify the school that your child will be leaving early for an appointment or other reason. Please include the anticipated dismissal time and reason.

A parent/guardian must come into the school office to sign the student out at the time of dismissal.
