La Salle is proud of their athletes! In addition to learning about the importance of physical fitness in weekly gym classes La Salle students participate in extracurricular sports through Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) and Berks Catholic Youth Sports Programs. Athletics are not just about the final score; it’s about positive coaching, sportsmanship, maximizing talents, and fostering the physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual strength in each participant.
