Note: We are always on the look-out for great Substitute Teachers to add to our list. Please complete Teacher Application. Duties: To help students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher learn subject matter and/or skills that are required for scheduled lessons and to provide meaningful instruction for assigned classrooms.

All interested Non-teaching Staff candidates should complete the Diocesan Application.

5. Signed Acknowledgment form for Diocese’s Code of Conduct
6. Protecting God’s Children attendance certificate
7. Certificate from Mandated Reporting Training
8. Acknowledgement Form for Child Protective Services Law Policy
9. Motor Vehicle Report – if driving (less than five (5) years old)
