Community Service

Embracing Service at La Salle Academy

At La Salle Academy, we believe in the transformative power of helping others and strive to provide our students with hands-on opportunities to serve. While we nurture this spirit of service within our classrooms and school, we also emphasize the importance of community outreach throughout the school year. Below, you'll find details on our current and past service projects, typically organized and led by our faculty and the help of our Student Council.

Food Drive for Helping Hands and Toy Drive in December

Each year, our Student Council chooses impactful ways to support those in need. Recently, they organized a Food Drive for Helping Hands and a Toy Drive in December, providing essential resources and joy to our community during the holiday season.

Variety Club Fundraiser

This year, our Student Council raised $750 for the Variety Club through dress-down days and bake sales. In March, they proudly presented their donation to Ms. Bernardo, who shared insights about her programs and the incredible opportunities they offer to children with a wide range of disabilities.

At La Salle Academy, these service projects are more than activities; they are integral to our mission of fostering compassion, generosity, and community involvement in our students.
